We have an Avion 5th wheel trailer that we pull with a Ford F250 Powerstroke diesel.

For 25 years L and I have camped in the back of a pickup truck or a tent. Two years ago L said it was time to move the porta potty indoors. She wanted walls and heat. I guess that makes this Avion the world's most expensive porta potty.

It's a 1989 model, thirty feet long. When we started looking for a trailer we knew we wanted a fifth wheel so we would only have one motorized vehicle to maintain and so that we could disconnect and have a good 4 wheel drive vehicle to go exploring. We also wanted a well built and 'nice' trailer. Unfortunately, nice trailers are expensive trailers. We looked for almost two years before we stumbled onto this Avion. It's small enough to haul into the bushes with no problem yet big enough for two to travel very comfortably.

We've had it for a little over a year now, and so far, it's eveything we expected. We spent this last Labor Day weekend refinishing all the oak in it (and there's a lot of it!). I managed to lose three of it's four wheel covers so I'll next be looking for some new wheels as I don't want more wheel covers to mess with. Wanna buy a replacement wheel cover? Got one cheap.

Here are some pics of the inside...
